  • geotropic - The way a plant or mushroom grows based on the effect of gravity.
  • gills - referring to a mushrooms spore bearing surface - blade like surfaces adjoining each other and radiating from the stalk to the cap edge. Gills can be broad, blunt, thin, thick, close, crowded and distant. Mostly they have the look of a wheel with hundreds of spokes.
  • gleba - the area inside a puffball mushroom where the spore mass developes.
  • globule - A small ball if liquid. Droplets. Beads of liquid. Small spherical shaped beads of liquid.
Some mushrooms actually exude globules from their various surfaces. This exudation can sometimes be used as a feature to help identify certain species.
  • gregarious - many mushrooms growing in close proximity but not generally attached in clusters, although there will be times that gregarious mushroom types can form separate clusters.

If you thought that worked pretty good try some others.
