Dog Collar License Tag - Westmoreland ( Pennsylvania ) County, 1932. Metal is non-magnetic. I can't say what it is made of. Possibly bronze. It is a very hard metal.

It is almost 1 1/2 inches from left to right. From top to bottom 1 inch approx.

Condition is tarnished and slightly dented near the holes where the tag was attached to the collar.
